PINTU FC, despite being rather sloppy on possession, started the match brightly, and creating couple of chances. Hans' shot just hit the right side of the post, while Vifo's effort just saved by the keeper.
PINTU FC finally took a lead when Andhita's kick-in smashed to the goal by Hans Saleh. 1-0 for PINTU FC. PSB got one chance, with a long shot got blocked by Ericko's feet, giving PSB a corner kick. PINTU FC could easily double their lead, but Andhita's nod from near post just wide from the target. First half ended with PINTU FC's lead, 1-0

In the second half, PINTU FC introduced Icop replacing Andhita and Novandi replacing Vifo. Their introduction brought a positive side on the attacking department, with Novandi and Icop seems to have a good understanding upfront. In addition, Icop's trickery seems hardly dealt by PSB's defenders. One of the defenders even was yellow carded because of trying to stop him. Icop also got great chances, but somehow the opposition's keeper was on the right place when dealing one on one against Icop. However, Reza Raditya finally beaten the goalkeeper from a shot outside penalty area. Receiving the ball on the left side of the PSB's defence, he smashed the ball to the bottom corner of the goal. 2-0 for PINTU FC.
Losing two goals, PSB tried to take control of the game. PSB got a goal nearing the end of the game. 2-1. PSB pushed forward searching for the equalizer, and they had another chance, but Ericko saved it. PINTU FC stood still defending their lead until the end of the game. The final score, 2-1 for PINTU FC.
It was not the best performance produced by PINTU FC but it was an important win to start the competition.
