From four teams sent to HOA, three of them was able to go to semifinal, while SIXERS (PINTU FC Alumni Team) came out as a winner through an all PINTU final against PINTU FBT. PINTU Ajaib went through semifinal before losing against PINTU SIXERS. PINTU Hura Hura put a brave display against SpringDale, despite being in losing side. It was an eventful tournament for PINTU FC. Hari Olahraga Amal provided a great experience, especially for freshies, as this is their first time representing PINTU FC.

SIXERS (PINTU FC Alumni Team)
vs Sambal Sasa 4-1 (Reza, Vifo 2x, Hans)
vs Tam 1-0 (Hans)
vs KUMIS 5-0 (Hans, Vifo, Reza 3x)
vs PINTU Ajaib 5-0 (Reza 3x, Hans, Mario)
vs PINTU FBT 1-0 (Hans Saleh)

SIXERS consisted of Alumni of PINTU FC, and they were considered favourite from the beginning. Well, they finally were able to triumph the competition via an all PINTU final, 1-0 agaisnt PINTU FBT. They were playing very well from the start of the tournament, as they scored 16 goals throughout the tourname, only allowing 1 goal for the opposition. 4-1, 1-0, 5-0, 5-0, and 1-0. That were the scoreline for them in this tournament.

Ericko was brilliant on the between the post, pulling strings of wonderful saves, and was never conceded for the whole tournament. Nino Aquinas was rock on the backline, while trio Reza Raditya - Vincent Forest - Hans Saleh were fearsome upfront. vs MDC 6-3 (Christiandy, Andhita 2x, Alvin Kennardi, OG, Felix)

vs PINTU SIXERS 0-1

PINTU FBT improved a lot, mentally, as they twice came back from behind on their first two match, to beat Kaplan and MDC. It was a vast improvement. Kaplan might have stolen the goal earlier on, but PINTU FBT were able to hit three against them to book the Quarterfinal game. During the match against MDC in the quarterfinal, where they eventually won 6-3 they were also not only coming from behind, but faced a thrilling game, while twice their lead has been levelled, but they showed the right attitude and mentality to win the game.
Andhita kicked the ball (photos from HOA facebook page)

Eugene was much more confident in front of the goal, despite his mistake in the final, while Andhita Dananjaya found his joy of scoring and threatening on the field. Felix Fennardi finally scored his first goal for PINTU FC, breaking his egg for not scoring for few matches. Christiandy grew as stature as a captain. Alvin Tandias were getting stronger, physically and mentally. David Sinjaya and Junaidy Lukman were always ready to come in. Alvin Kennardi is getting better as he grew older.

PINTU Ajaib
vs BriteLite 5-0 (Billy 2x, Channing 2x, Dinar)
vs Mimisan 4-0 (Channing 3x, Wiswa)
vs PINTU SIXERS 0-5

Ajaib means "miracle" and this team made it in this tournament. Freshies team usually failed on early stage, but they were able to go to semifinal, before stopped by the Champions, SIXERS. They scored five past BriteLite and four past Mimisan to go to the semifinal. Especially against Mimisan, where the opposition were a strong NUS team, they were playing very well. They were dominating and creating more chances, and eventually scored four against them.
Hattrick hero in the Last 16, Brace on Quarterfinal (photos from HOA facebook page)

Channing was clinical in front of goal. He scored five goals just in three games. Billy, Yonathan, and Irvan were always composed holding the ball. Wiswa provided trickery upfront, and Dinar was a supersub in the game, scoring one goal from the bench. Mario Sandi can play everywhere in the team and gave the team depth. Jose was brilliant between the post as he recorded two straight cleansheet in this tournament. A bright future for the team, indeed.
PINTU Ajaib, ajaib as it is
PINTU Hura Hura
vs SpringDale 1-2 (Benny)
PINTU Hura Hura before the match

They might have not progressed far, but they showed glimpse of promise from the team. Adrian Prayoga should be proud of his performance as a goalkeeper. He made fantastic saves in the match, and hardly blamed for the goal. Arga and Chiko was solid on the back. Malvin and Benny was powerful upfront, while Steven and Joshua Vincent showed quite technical skills. Gregorius Marco was versatile and can play everywhere upfront there.

It was a tough opening game for PINTU FBT but in the end they came through against Kaplan by three goals by one. Kaplan took the lead when a through ball that past Alvin Kennardi was finished well to beat Eugene Sebastian. They almost doubled their lead when Cabo broke free, but Eugene was there to make a vital save to keep the scoreline 1-0. Until second half it was 1-1. On the second half, PINTU FBT increased the pressure and took the lead via Andhita. A foul on Kaplan's area resulted to a freekick. Andhita, who executed it, smashed the ball to the goal, leaving the keeper no chance to save that. Andhita scored his second goal of the game after robbed the ball in their own area, 3-1. Kaplan got one good chance to climb one back, but one of their shot during a scramble in front of the goal just hit the post before Eugene clutched the ball safely.

PINTU Hura Hura vs SpringDale 1-2

PINTU Hura Hura Before the Match

PINTU Hura Hura was defeated by SpringDale in quite even game. SpringDale got an early break from a freekick past PINTU Hura Hura's goalkeeper, Adrian Prayoga. PINTU Hura Hura nearly grabbed a leveller, but Benny's shot just hit the post. On the second half, they finally found the equalizer via Benny. Melvyn turned a defender before unleashing a fierce shot, which was blocked by SpringDale's keeper. But Benny reacted quickly to rebound the ball and shot it to the goal. 1-1. Melvyn almost made PINTU Hura Hura lead, but his 1v1 chance was blocked by the keeper. SpringDale created plenty chances, but Adrian Prayoga was excellent between the post, pulling strings of wonderful saves to keep the score 1-1. However, SpringDale could finally find the net nearing the end of the game and won the game by 2 goals to 1.

SIXERS vs Tam 1-0

It was a tight game for SIXERS, as they only won by one goal. Hans scored an early goal, but they failed to capitalize the situation and add more goals. They were under pressure and Tam threatened few times, but Ericko was always able to save his goal until the end of the match. He made at least three wonderful saves to keep the goal clean. One of them is a great 1 vs 1 chance, which looks like a certain goal, but Ericko flew to tip the ball wide from the goal. Tam pushed forward on the second half and nearly found an equalizer, but their shot only hit the crossbar.

PINTU Ajaib vs BriteLite 5-0

PINTU Ajaib, who consists of freshies, recorded a big win against BriteLite. Dominating the game from the beginning, they threatening few times via Channing who released wicked shots. However, it was Billy who broke the deadlock. He calmly put the ball into the goal to make the score 1-0. On the second half, Billy created a Messi-esque goal, as he dribbled past few players and released a fierce shot to the bottom of the goal, 2-0. After that goal, the game was completely owned by PINTU Ajaib. Channing added the third before assisting the fourth to Dinar, who scored the goal with his stomatch. Channing completed his brace after releasing an accurate shot to the bottom corner of the goal.

QUARTER FINAL
Three of the teams recorded impressive victories in the Quarterfinal to book three places in the Semifinal. PINTU FBT scored six past MDC, while SIXERS put five goals against KUMIS, and PINTU Ajaib recorded an outstanding 4-0 victory against Mimisan.

PINTU FBT vs MDC 6-3

PINTU FBT made another comeback in a 9 goals thriller game. MDC took the lead when a lob ball from Cobysot Avego was directly shot - volley kick - by MDC striker. However, Christiandy equalized after a beautiful teamwork with Andhita, 1-1. PINTU FBT took the lead when Andhita's shot from the distance was too strong for Coby. He got a hand on it, but couldn't prevent the goal. On the second half, MDC responded and levelled the score. The tempo of the game is getting more intense, but PINTU FBT re-took the lead after Alvin Kennardi burst to the penalty area and hit the ball very well, 3-2. However, MDC found the equalizer for the second time via their striker, Yeye, after Christiandy Franciscus lost possession in their own area. He got 1v1 against Eugene, and even though it was blocked, the ball bounced back and he calmly smashed the ball to the goal. Once again, PINTU FBT scored another goal, after one of MDC player unintentionally diverted PINTU FBT's corner, 4-3. Felix Fennardi scored his first goal for PINTU FBT in this match, after coolly slotted the ball, while Andhita finished the game by scoring his second goal of the game from a fierce shot from the right side.

SIXERS vs KUMIS 5-0

SIXERS cruised to a comfortable 5-0 win against KUMIS in the quarterfinal to proceed to the next round. Hans scored a quick goal, as he smashed the ball to the goal. He added his second goal via a beautiful combination with Vincent Forest. Vincent Forest backheeled the ball and Hans was on the right position to finish it. On the second half, they were able to add three goals via Reza Raditya. His first goal was led from Mario's chance from Nino's beautiful through pass. The keeper was able to push the ball away to the center of the field, but Reza Raditya was there to capitalize it and make the scoreline 3-0. Later on, he added the second goal, and nearing the end of the game, he completed his hattrick, 5-0.

PINTU Ajaib vs Mimisan 4-0
Channing and Wiswa celebrated the goal (photos from HOA facebook page)

PINTU Ajaib defeated Mimisan with four goals to nil, in an interesting match. The scoreline might suggest that the game is one sided, but in fact, it was nearly an even game, before PINTU Ajaib scored the second goal. Mimisan was the first one getting clear cut chance but the shot only hit the post. It was PINTU Ajaib who scored the opening goal. Channing struck the ball from the right hand side to make it 1-0 until the first half whistle. On the second half, Channing scored his second goal. A Hans-like goal, as Channing turned the defender before releasing a fierce shot to beat the keeper, 2-0. After this goal, Mimisan lost their shape, and PINTU Ajaib was able to add two goals. Wiswa grabbed his first goal of the tournament, while Channing completed his hattrick, leaving Mimisan conceded four goals without scoring any goal.

SEMIFINAL
PINTU Ajaib faced SIXERS to ensure there would be at least one PINTU FC team on the final, while PINTU FBT was challenged by SpringDale, who beat PINTU Hura Hura earlier on. In the end SIXERS and PINTU FBT were able to progress to the next round.

PINTU FBT vs SpringDale 3-1
Felix Fennardi and Alvin Tandias in action against SpringDale (photos from HOA facebook page)

PINTU FBT secured a ticket to final after knocking out SpringDale from SIM 3-1. Andhita scored the opening goal after getting room on the right flank and burst the ball to the goal. PINTU FBT dominated the game but failed to add any goal, and even SpringDale pulled the level from a direct freekick. Alvin Kennardi was considered fouling Thompson from SpringDale. One of their player smashed the ball to the goal to  First half ended in a 1-1 stalemate. On the second half, PINTU FBT had improved and their passing connected very well, and created couples of chances. Alvin Tandias, who was playing upfront, scored a goal for PINTU FBT from Alvin Kennardi's crossing. Felix doubled the lead after his goal. He dribbled past SpringDale's defender before beating the keeper and ensured the victory.

SIXERS vs PINTU Ajaib 5-0

PINTU Ajaib met SIXERS in the semifinal to set up a game between freshies against alumnies, however SIXERS was too strong for them as they scored five in this match. PINTU Ajaib were playing quite well before Reza Raditya's goal. He robbed the ball before put the ball past Jose. After that goal, SIXERS got more dominant and didn't give PINTU Ajaib to play their own game. Channing and Billy were nullified for most of the game and PINTU Ajaib failed to create sparks on the game. Reza Raditya scored another two goals to complete his hattrick, while Hans Saleh added one. Mario found the net as well in this match.

FINAL

SIXERS vs PINTU FBT 1-0

Before the Match

SIXERS won the Hari Olahraga Amal 2013 after beating PINTU FBT 1-0, via Hans goal on the last minute, capitalizing Eugene's mistake. It was otherwise a tight game, with SIXERS had more chances but failed to find the net until the last minute.

The tension in the final match

PINTU FBT defended well, as Hans and Vifo didn't have much spaces to manouver on the pitch. Vincent Forest did make a great run twice but Eugene was quick to leave his line and made a great block to deny the goal. The match itself didn't have much clear cut chances as most of the battle in the middle is very intense. PINTU FBT got one great chance when Felix broke free and had a room to shot, but Ericko made a terrific stop to deny Felix. First half ended with 0-0. Second half was no different than first half, as the game is getting tighter. Vincent Forest got one chance again, but Eugene was there to deny it. As the clock was ticking and everyone thought it was going to be a penalty shootout, Eugene made a fatal mistake as he gave the ball to Andhita who lost the possession to Hans. The later name made no mistake to smashed the ball, leaving Eugene no chance to save it. 1-0, and the final whistle is blown by the referee. SIXERS won the game and the competition, while Hans Saleh and Reza Raditya won their second consecutive HOA after winning it last year.

Liga PPIS 2012 Review

PINTU FC finished in second place in Liga PPIS 2012. They were so close defending the title they won last year, but in the last game, they stumbled against the eventual Champion, PINUS, 1-2, in a tight, evenly-matched game. It was PINTU FC's only defeat in the tournament, which ended their hope winning the Liga.
Before that lost, PINTU FC was having a quite impressive run during the tournament, winning seven out of nine games, with a whopping 41 goals scored, with the other two games, drawing once, and losing the other one.

PINTU FC started the Liga with winning 4-2 against Republic Poly when Andhita scored a brace, and Alvin Kennardi scored a goal from his own half with a beautiful pump; before thrashing 8-0 against PSB B on the first matchday, as both Hans Saleh and Reza Radiya scored hattrick, and Virvandy made a brace in this match.

They were held by Curtin 4-4 after leading 4-0. It was a tough result to accept, but after that, they recorded 5 consecutive wins, including the next match, where they win against PSB A with five goals to 1. In this match, Christiandy scored a brace, and one of his goal were brilliant, as he raced through half court before putting the ball past the keeper. PINTU FC almost lost their fifth match, but they showed great determination to overcome 2-3 deficit to seal a 4-3 victory against Kaplan, as both Reza Raditya and Andhita scored a double.

PINTU FC continued the Liga by winning against both SIM B and SIM A. Once again, Hans and Reza Raditya scored a hattrick in the same match, versus SIM B, as PINTU FC strolled 8-1. Alvin Tandias also registered his first goal for PINTU FC. Against SIM A, PINTU FC were able to hang in to the 2-1 win, despite severe pressure towards the end of the game. The highlight of this game is beautiful goal scored by Alvin Kennardi, gunning down through the goal from the left flank.

Then, PINTU FC recorded an impressive 5-2 victory against third placed KUMIS. Andhita scored a beautiful acrobatic volley kick  and Hans Saleh made his third hattrick of the tournament in this match. On the last match, despite battling hard against PINUS, PINTU FC went down 2-1. PINTU FC could've sealed a draw result, had Christiandy's shot not hitting the crossbar.

This year team might not possess the strong defence the previous team had, conceding an average of 1.78 goals per game. But, as the different strategy was deployed on the field, the goalscorers are spread, not only dependent on one person. Everyone could score a goal, only three players were unable to score a goal, and two of them are goalkeeper.

Hans is still leading the spearhead of the team, scoring 14 goals from 9 games. Reza Raditya was a deadly finisher on the left flank, scoring 11 goals for PINTU FC, as he played his last tournament for PINTU FC. Andhita was always threatening with his long range shot. Alvin Kennardi played the deep role well, and was never run out of breath among all the PINTU FC player. Eugene made a vast improvement throughout the tournament.

Christiandy and Virvandy brought a different style of play from the bench. Both of them are quick footed, and possessed a great technique. Christiandy even made one magical goal against PSB A. Alvin Tandias was able to support attack more - and even scored one goal -, and defensively improved, while Ericko was not losing his brilliant keeping skills. Dillon showed some promise as a defender, and should have a bright future ahead.

PINTU FC also wants to thank supporter from PINTU, who had come to support to the team from NTU throughout the tournament. It was a great atmosphere from the supporter, and the players were delighted to play in front of supporters.

PINTU FC and KUMIS battled in such an intense - but entertaing - game, in the matchday 5 of Liga PPIS 2012 in Jurong West Sport and Recreation Center. Both team showed flair and created many chances in front of goal, but it was PINTU FC who came out of the top in this match, with 5 goals to 2.

PINTU FC opened the score within two minutes, after Hans Saleh did a round releasing himself from a defender and fired it low to the far post, leaving KUMIS' Keeper, Howard, rooted on the near post. 1-0. KUMIS reacted quickly after that goal. They had one great chance when a cross failed to meet any of player in front of goal, and forced Eugene to make one good save. However, KUMIS equalized within few minutes after the goal, after they got another chance, with one of their player ran towards Eugene, just to see the ball tipped by the keeper, before hitting the post, but another KUMIS player was there to take the rebound ball, and slotted it past Alvin Kennardi, whose effort to clear the ball of the line was futile, as the ball was hit hard and high.

That goal was like a wake-up alarm for PINTU FC, and they slowly got the grip of the game, dominating possession like usual. They came close as Reza chipped the ball wide from the goal, and Alvin Kennardi made two chances from his usual pump, but the keeper made great saves to deny it. Finally, the awaited goal came as Andhita made an acrobatic first time shot to the left side of the goal, leaving the keeper shocked, and didn't move from the middle of the goalpost. 2-1.

PINTU FC got the most of possession after this goal, but KUMIS' defence was sturdy to withstand the attack. PINTU FC got a chance, when Reza was one-on-one with Howard, but the keeper made brilliant job to shut Reza's shot. KUMIS also created a chance to equalize, but Eugene was there to deny a one-on-one chance and kept the rebound out of goal

Hans Saleh made the second goal of his in this game, shooting the bottom corner of the goal, after receiving a neat pass, 3-1. First half ended with 3-1 scoreline.

KUMIS pressed well in the early of second half, as Hans were substituted, leaving PINTU FC only able to pump the ball forward aimlessly. They were creating chances, but their finishing wasn't there. They almost made it 3-2, when their striker failed to put the ball into the goal from two yards from goal, the second chance as they got a one on one chance, but Eugene made a superb save to deflect the ball, before the ball hitting the crossbar, and cleared by Alvin Kennardi. Eugene made another good save with his right foot, as the ball was smashed to the far post.

However, after the reintroduction of Hans Saleh, they started to regain control of the game again. He nearly got another goal, as his long shot skimmed over the bar just by few centimetres. Hans Saleh finally completed his hattrick and extend PINTU FC's lead to three.

As the clock ticking down, KUMIS withdraw their keeper, and replacing him with a defender, playing as a keeper, to dominate the game more, as in they played five outfield and no keeper. However, it was PINTU FC who added more goal. Hans Saleh completed his hattrick as he went to a nice position, with only the keeper to beat, and he made no mistake to calmly put the ball to the bottom right of the goal. 4-1. The decision to fielded five outfield players paid off as they grabbed their second goal of the game, giving them a glimpse of hope. 4-2

However, on the dying moments, Andhita sealed PINTU FC's victory with his second goal of the game. He dribbled pass one defender before putting the ball into the empty net, as the keeper was venturing forward on that time. 5-2. The full time whistle is blown, leaving KUMIS locked in the third place, while PINTU FC and PINUS are deciding their fate in the penultimate fixture in the Liga PPIS 2012.

PINTU FC 1 PINUS 2
0-1
0-2
1-2 PINUS' own goal

It was the real final to decide the winner of Liga PPIS. PINTU FC were leading on the first place, before the match, while PINUS in the second place,  just behind by goal difference.

PINTU FC dominated the game in the early stages, forcing PINUS to defence. However PINUS was rock at the backline, giving no room to shot, and PINTU FC didn't get any clear cut chances, with only getting several corners, which unfortunately not leading to a goal. Most of the ball thrown forward could be denied by PINUS defender, even before reaching the keeper. PINTU FC's long shot wasn't too accurate, in this match.

PINTU FC committed some fouls and almost given a team foul in the first half. PINUS finally took a lead when one of their striker put the ball to far post, after receiving the ball on the left side of PINTU FC's defence, and penetrating, leaving Eugene no chance to save the shot. 0-1 now.

The second half was more intense. PINTU FC throwed more man forward, and PINUS were more comfortable in counter atttack. PINUS created chances, and almost added the second, before Christiandy did a last ditch tackle, resulting in corner. However, PINUS finally grabbed the second goal, after smashing the ball to the top of the goal, 0-2. PINUS could've added the third, but Eugene made a great double save to keep PINTU FC on the game.

Christiandy's introduction gave a different dimension for PINTU FC, and PINTU FC started making more chances. Andhita came close as his shot saved by the keeper, while Hans Saleh was unable to release a shot in front of goal, as the defender came quickly to denied Hans. Alvin Kennardi could've done better with one unmarked position on the left flank, but it was unclear whether he wanted to cross or shot, as the ball heading nowhere. Finally, PINTU FC got the goal to reduce the deficit to one goal, as confusion in the front of goal leading to an own goal by PINUS player. 1-2, and PINTU FC pressed more in search of equalizing goal.

Christiandy came close scoring twice for PINTU FC, as his shot denied by a nice save by PINUS Keeper, and once denied by the crossbar, to the disappointment of PINTU FC's supporter. However, until the final whistle, the scoreline remained.

It was an even game, with both team sreating chances, and could've easily gone either way, but on this occassion, it was PINUS who came out as a winner, and PINTU FC have to be contented with the second place in Liga PPIS 2012, despite the encouraging display throughout the tournament.

Liga PPIS Matchday 4 Report

PINTU FC 8 SIM B 1

1-0 Hans Saleh
2-0 Reza Raditya
3-0 Virvandy Wijaya
3-1
4-1 Hans Saleh
5-1 Reza Raditya
6-1 Reza Raditya
7-1 Hans Saleh
8-1 Alvin Tandias

PINTU FC, who needed at least four goals to dethrone PINUS from the top of the table,  got more than what they required, as they beat SIM B by eight goals to one. Despite the whopping scoreline, it was not walk-in-the-park game, as SIM B was giving some resistance until early of second half before being undone in the later stage of the game.

As usual, PINTU FC took the control of the game from the start of the first half. Hans finally broke the deadlock after receiving a corner from Reza Raditya. Hans smashed the ball from the deep, and the keeper was unable to block the shot, 1-0. Reza Raditya doubled the lead after receiving Andhita's perfect pass, and the opposition defender on the goal line wasn't able to stop Reza's composed finish. PINTU FC threatened SIM B's goal from long shot, mostly from Andhita, which unfortunately none of them resulted into a goal.

SIM B wasn't without any chances on the first half. They got one great chance after dubious decision not to blow the whistle despite the ball had gone out of play, and leaving the SIM B player unmarked, as PINTU FC players were expecting the referee to stop the game, but Eugene was there to steal the ball from the striker before he could put it into the net. However, it was another PINTU FC goal happened few moments after that chance, with Virvandy dribbled the ball to the right side of the field, before unleashing a low drive to the bottom corner to make it 3-0 before the half time.

The second half started with SIM B trying to push back PINTU FC, and they finally got one goal back from the left side of PINTU FC's defence, with a fierce low shot into the far post, while Eugene could only tipped it without being able to prevent the goal, 3-1. SIM B saw a glimpse of hope in this game with that goal. They could got another one, when their defender tried to lob Eugene from their own area, but the keeper made a smart catch.

PINTU FC didn't give more time for SIM B to play their game, as PINTU FC regained their control of the game, and Hans restored the three goal lead after a clinical finish on 1-v-1 situation with the keeper.

After that goal, PINTU FC seems to be more comfortable in possession, and the goal were just a matter of time. Reza Raditya added his second goal of the game, making it 5-1, after a simple tap in in the far post, after Hans decided to pass instead of shooting in 1-v-1 situation with the keeper. Reza Raditya completed his hattrick, his second of the game, from a long range shot from centre of the park. Hans Saleh recorded his third goal in the scoresheet, with his powerful long shot to effectively kill the game, 7-1.  Reza Raditya could've easily made a quattrick, had Andhita directed his pass nearer to Reza.

With just few minutes, there were no way back for SIM B to grab a point from this match, but they almost made their second goal, from a kick-off shot, but Ericko, who just entered the fray, made a brilliant save to deny it. Nearing the final whistle, Alvin Tandias broke his duck, making his first goal of his PINTU FC career, being previously twice hitting the crossbar. He got the ball in the far post before slotting the ball to the far post, deflected by the keeper, hitting the crossbar, and back into the net, 8-1. He was relieved to score a goal, and it was a nice addition for the PINTU FC, as the goal difference might be important nearing the end of the season.

The final whistle, 8-1 for PINTU FC, and they are on the top of the table, above NUS, only winning goal difference with same points.

PINTU FC 2 SIM A 1
1-0 Hans Saleh
2-0 Alvin Kennardi
2-1

PINTU FC were able to come on top in a tight game against SIM A, who had a slim chance to win the competition before the match. It was a tense game until the end of the match, with both teams created chances on both ends, and the scoreline could've easily been different.

SIM A started the game brightly, getting a nice position to release a shot forcing Eugene to make a save, before Alvin Kennardi put the ball into the safe area. They were playing the ball to the wing, giving their no 7, Rafael Andrew to run to ball, which Alvin Kennardi could deal with it well.

After getting the grip of the game, PINTU FC could've opened the goal, had Andhita's ball to the far post met Reza's feet. Finally, PINTU FC opened the score from a nice shot outside the keeper area, after jinked pass one defender, and unleased a fierce drive to the left side of the goal, leaving keeper no chance to save it. Alvin Kennardi made his second goal of the tournament, from a counter attack, in a 3 vs 1 situation with the defender. Andhita, who was holding the ball, gave a perfect pass to Alvin Kennardi, who was running down the right flank, and he smashed it to the left bottom corner in the far post, making it 2-0.

The game was getting quite tense, Hans got kicked in the shinbone, forcing him to get treatment from the medic. SIM A were playing quite hard, but PINTU FC were able to deal with it in the first half. The first half ended with PINTU FC's two goal lead.

On the second half, SIM A implemented different gameplay, as they deployed a direct ball to utilize their striker's height and strength. They constantly pumping the ball directly to the dangerous area, and made several dangerous attempt from header. And it was from header, they climbed one back. From a long ball from the keeper, the striker made a slight, but important touch to find the net, as Eugene was rooted on the spot, 2-1.

This one goal difference made the game much more interesting, and both team got chances on both ends. SIM A made numerous long shot, but none of them on target, and instead, they got their dangerous chances mostly from header, one of their header just inches away from the top corner of the goal. PINTU FC could've restored their two goals lead, had the keeper not flying to save Reza's superb long shot from the central circle of the field.

On the remaining time, SIM A throwed man forward, but they were unable to find the equalizer, despite some nervy moments on PINTU FC's defence. The final whistle was blown, once Andhita hit the ball to the row Z, with the final scoreline 2-1.

SIM were the one who beat PINTU FC in the Olymppic last year, and they were the one who stopped PINTU Surga in HOA, but this time, it was PINTU FC, who secured important three points. With this defeat SIM A were out of the first place's race and PINTU FC to resolve the three horse race in Liga PPIS 2012 in the last matchday, when PINTU FC meet the joint leader PINUS, and the thrid place KUMIS on their last match.
